As We Gather – 4/19/2026 Worship

The wearing of camouflage-patterned clothing is meant to help the one wearing it to be hidden or not noticed. In our Lord’s Supper, some might say Christ’s True Body and Blood are hidden in the bread and wine (Real Presence). Our disciples on the way to Emmaus found that Jesus was hidden from them for a moment. They seemed to know the events, but were missing the big picture or the essence of who they were walking with. Ultimately, their eyes were opened and they beheld the risen Savior. Today in our worship, we seek to see Him as He chooses to be known to us and our eyes are opened!
